All products sold on our website are intangible digital goods delivered electronically by email and/or via your customer account. No physical products are shipped.

1. General Refund Policy
Our standard refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
Because we sell digital licence keys, refunds are handled differently than for physical goods. Once a licence key has been viewed or used, it is generally non-returnable, as it cannot be “returned” in the same way as a physical product.
However, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a valid and usable licence key. If you experience any activation issues, we will first provide full technical support and troubleshooting. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will replace the key or issue a refund, as described below.
2. Cases Where a Refund or Replacement May Be Provided
We may offer a replacement key or refund in the following situations:
Key not delivered
You did not receive your licence key within a reasonable time after payment and our support team is unable to re-deliver it (after checking spam/junk folders and email correctness).
Key cannot be activated
The licence key cannot be activated, and after checking screenshots / error messages and verifying with our suppliers, we confirm that the key is invalid or blocked.
In this case, we will first attempt to replace the key. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund your order.
Duplicate order by mistake
You accidentally placed the same order twice for the same product and did not use one of the keys. We may refund the unused duplicate order after verifying that the key has not been activated.
Incorrect product delivered (our error)
You received a different product than the one ordered (for example, wrong edition or wrong version), and we are unable to correct this by providing the correct key.
3. Cases Where a Refund Is Not Possible
We normally cannot offer a refund in the following situations:
Successfully activated key
If the licence key has already been successfully activated and is working as described, we cannot refund simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, or no longer need the licence.
Customer-side technical issues
Problems caused by your own hardware, software, operating system, internet connection, or incompatibility with your device (when the product description clearly states OS/version requirements).
Wrong product chosen by the customer
You purchased a key for the wrong edition, region, or platform when the correct information was clearly provided on the product page (for example, Windows instead of macOS, or a non-compatible version).
Suspicious or abusive behaviour
If we detect abuse of our refund policy (for example, repeated purchases and refund requests after successful activation, reselling keys, fraudulent payments, etc.), we reserve the right to decline the refund and/or block the account.

Our support team will review your case, assist with troubleshooting, and confirm whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund according to this policy.
5. Processing of Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment (for example, card, PayPal, WebMoney, etc.) whenever technically possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but it usually takes 3–10 business days for the amount to appear on your account.
We will notify you by email as soon as the refund has been issued on our side.
If you have not received your refund after our confirmation:
Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

6. No Physical Returns / Shipping
We do not sell or ship physical products.
Therefore:
There is no need to return any physical item by post.
There are no shipping costs for returns.
All communication and resolution (support, replacement, or refund) is handled online via email.
7. Payments and Currencies
We accept various payment methods, including cards, PayPal and WebMoney (where available).
Refunds, when approved, will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, whenever possible.
