Shipping Policy

Keys4Us sells digital software licences only. We do not ship physical products.

1. Digital delivery

After payment is confirmed, your product key and download or activation instructions are delivered by email and/or made available in your customer account. Most orders are delivered shortly after checkout. In some cases, fraud-prevention or payment checks may require additional processing time.

2. Delivery cost

Digital delivery is free. There are no shipping charges and no physical delivery fees.

3. Delivery issues

If you do not receive your order email, please check spam or junk folders and confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will help resend the delivery email or provide access through your account.

4. No physical shipping or tracking

Because all products are digital, there is no parcel shipment, carrier tracking number, or physical packaging.

5. Cancellations, refunds and replacements

If an order has not yet been fulfilled, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. After a digital key has been delivered, refund and replacement requests are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. If a key does not activate as described, contact support so we can troubleshoot, replace the key, or refund the order where eligible.
